      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop communications plans and coordinate standalone communications related to product or company changes
      - Act as a liaison between Provider Support, Clinical Team, and Product Team
      - Draft scripts and macros for common complaints
      - Conduct quarterly satisfaction surveys and create action plans based on results
      - Monitor provider experience through surveys and reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in English or Communications
      - 2 years of experience in healthcare or service-related environment
      - Ability to create concise, instructive copy from long-form content
      - Experience in project management and data analysis
      - Experience supervising 1+ direct reports

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Zendesk or equivalent
      - Experience in Simple HTML
      - Proficiency in Braze, Sendgrid, or equivalent
      - Strong understanding of mental health services
      - Passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion
