What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, analyze, and interpret market data to develop compensation models for healthcare providers
- Implement compensation plans for new hires in collaboration with the Director of Provider Compensation
- Collaborate with team members to create term sheets and provide compensation consultation services
- Present compensation arrangements to senior leadership during committee meetings
- Oversee the collection and submission of market survey data for all providers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Statistics
- At least three (3) years of experience in accounting, compensation, and/or analytics
- Highly skilled in Excel, with proficiency in advanced Excel functions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent proofreading abilities
- Proven ability to analyze data, communicate findings, and meet established deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Completion of or active enrollment in a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related Health Care Management Master's Degree
