      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit dental providers to join the employer's PPO and DHMO networks through in-person visits and outbound calls
      - Negotiate contracts with dental providers and explain plans, policies, and procedures
      - Maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals and their office staff
      - Conduct quality assessments and respond to provider inquiries, concerns, and complaints
      - Provide ongoing product education and support to contracted providers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - 1-3 years of experience in healthcare administration or provider relationship management, preferably with dental offices
      - Strong analytical, negotiation, financial, presentation, and communication skills
      - Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products
      - Valid driver's license and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Sales experience is a plus
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
