What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recruit dental providers to join the employer's PPO and DHMO networks
- Conduct daily outreach to dental offices, including in-person visits and follow-up calls
- Negotiate contracts and maintain positive relationships with healthcare professionals
- Provide ongoing education and support to contracted providers
- Conduct quality assessments and respond to provider inquiries and concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare administration or provider relationship management, preferably with dental offices
- Strong analytical, negotiation, financial, presentation, and communication skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products and a valid driver’s license
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
