What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advocate for providers by demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues
- Service providers through multiple channels, including phone and chat
- Triage contacts from healthcare professionals and address their needs
- Research and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely communication and resolution of issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in analyzing and solving customer concerns
- Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn complex systems
- Ability to type at a speed of 35-40+ WPM with 90% accuracy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in an office, call center, or customer service environment using phones and computers
- Prior healthcare experience and familiarity with healthcare terminology
