What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as an advocate for providers, resolving issues and answering questions
- Service providers through call and chat interactions
- Triaging contacts from healthcare professionals and resolving issues promptly
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely issue resolution
- Utilize multiple systems to extract necessary information for issue resolution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to type at a speed of 35 - 40+ WPM with 90% accuracy
- Available to work full-time shifts between 9:35 AM - 6:05 PM CST, Monday - Friday
- Must be 18 years of age or older

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a related environment using phones and computers as primary tools
- Prior healthcare experience and knowledge of healthcare terminology
