What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary advocate for healthcare providers, ensuring accountability and ownership in issue resolution
- Manage provider interactions through multiple channels, including calls, chats, and emails
- Triage contacts from healthcare professionals and address inquiries related to benefits, billing, and authorizations
- Research complex issues and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and communication
- Promote self-service digital tools to providers, enhancing their experience and efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using computer and Windows PC applications
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during designated hours, including potential overtime
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a related environment such as a call center or customer service
- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and processes
- Proven ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
