What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain provider data for network and non-network providers
- Develop and maintain standards for database integrity and alignment
- Provide support for baseline provider data transactions
- Perform intake triage and respond to network inquiries
- Conduct audits of provider information
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6 months of healthcare experience
- Demonstrated PC skills, including Microsoft Office products and internet navigation skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Exceptional communication and research skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a healthcare-related service role
