What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service experiences to healthcare provider partners via calls, emails, and chat
- Proactively upsell features and streamline interactions for providers using the platform
- Act as the voice of the company, resolving issues promptly and effectively to create lasting positive impressions
- Develop a deep understanding of the platform and its services to demonstrate value to users
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions to uphold the commitment to making healthcare easy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or technology-related field
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dedication to delivering best-in-class customer service and promoting the company’s mission
