What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide best-in-class customer service experiences to healthcare provider partners through calls, emails, and chat
- Proactively upsell features and streamline provider interactions with Zocdoc's services
- Resolve issues promptly while humanizing the connection between the product and users
- Develop a deep understanding of Zocdoc's platform to inspire engagement and demonstrate value
- Maintain accurate records of interactions to uphold the commitment to making healthcare easy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or technology-related field
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dedication to delivering best-in-class customer service and promoting the employer's mission

- Experience in a healthcare or technology-related field
- Familiarity with digital health platforms and services
- Previous upselling or sales experience in a customer service role
