What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service experiences to healthcare provider partners via calls, emails, and chat
- Proactively upsell features and streamline interactions to enhance provider experience
- Act as the voice of the employer, creating lasting positive impressions and resolving issues effectively
- Develop a deep understanding of the employer's platform and services to inspire engagement
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions to uphold the commitment to easy healthcare access
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or technology
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dedication to delivering best-in-class customer service
