What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service experiences to healthcare provider partners through calls, emails, and chat, while proactively upselling features
- Streamline interactions for providers using Zocdoc's services and improve their overall experience
- Act as the voice of the employer, creating lasting positive impressions and resolving issues promptly
- Develop a deep understanding of the employer's platform and services to inspire engagement
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions to uphold the employer's commitment to making healthcare easy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or technology-related field
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dedication to delivering best-in-class customer service
