What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries from providers interested in Tava Health's support for their practices
- Conduct engaging meetings to determine provider suitability for the company's offerings
- Respond promptly to prospects and maintain communication throughout the onboarding process
- Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals
- Adapt to changing goals and priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in consultative sales is a plus, but motivated entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic, team-oriented setting
- Confidence, adaptability, and willingness to develop new skills
- Proficiency in effective communication via video calls, phone, and email
- Highly motivated to achieve goals and improve continuously
