What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Enter, support, and maintain provider data from multiple sources for all lines of business
- Process inquiries from internal and external customers, providing timely solutions
- Ensure accuracy of provider data in multiple systems while meeting audit and regulatory requirements
- Conduct thorough investigation of data discrepancies and communicate findings effectively
- Continuously seek process improvement opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of experience in the insurance industry
- At least two years of work experience in data entry, changes, and maintenance
- Knowledge of insurance principles and databases, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to learn software and standards related to CMS and NCQA
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree or related experience
- Experience working with multiple software systems (e.g., QNXT, Echo, QuickBase, Adobe Acrobat)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
