      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collect, validate, and maintain provider data to support various departments including marketing, provider relations, and network contracting
      - Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits and updates, escalating issues as needed
      - Develop and maintain standards for database integrity and manage communication processes with other departments
      - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data management efficiency and accuracy
      - Generate reports and dashboards to support business needs and regulatory requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Education or relevant work experience in Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
      - Relevant experience in data management and maintenance
      - Attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in completing work assignments
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
      - Previous experience in maintaining provider data and/or in provider network operations
      - Experience handling healthcare-related data (e.g., patient data, claims, authorizations)
      - Familiarity with provider data software such as Cactus, Salesforce, or MD staff
      - SQL Server certification and prior experience
