      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the main point of contact for dental providers regarding participation status and credentialing
      - Process new provider applications and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and voicemail
      - Manage tasks related to provider additions, terminations, and contract maintenance
      - Conduct audits to ensure compliance with documentation standards
      - Mentor peers and assist with training new hires on systems and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required
      - 2-4 years of related experience required
      - Previous experience in provider relations or a similar role preferred
      - Insurance industry experience preferred
      - Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a role that involves customer service or provider relations
      - Knowledge of insurance industry regulations and standards
      - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams
      - Experience with mentoring or training others
      - Familiarity with credentialing processes
