What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide input on project impacts for providers and participate in implementation workgroups
- Communicate with providers regarding inquiries, invoices, payments, and operational issues
- Review and manage non-standard agreement IDs and complex provider data administration
- Conduct testing of provider-related changes in application processing and vendor services
- Address issues related to provider enrollment and value-based programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required (4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment)
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience or military experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with provider claims software (e.g., Facets) and provider credentialing software
- Database querying experience is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of more than one line of business/systems
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
