      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to inquiries and requests from physicians, hospitals, and ancillary providers regarding services and operational concerns
      - Act as the primary point of contact for assigned providers, addressing escalated service issues
      - Analyze and resolve provider issues using appropriate internal resources
      - Maintain detailed documentation and monitor the status of cases within the QNXT system
      - Validate and update provider demographic and practice changes in the system as requested

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
      - Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role within a healthcare services organization
      - Proficiency with desktop computer applications, including Microsoft Office, and familiarity with mainframe systems (QNXT/eVips)
      - Knowledge of medical terminology and claims payment, including ICD and CPT coding
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience participating in provider meetings and supporting provider enrollment initiatives
      - Familiarity with provider contract knowledge and managing provider data updates
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
