      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with family child care educators characterized by cooperation and mutual respect
      - Provide program orientation, training, Peer Learning Communities (PLCs), and technical assistance to support family child care business operations
      - Conduct visits to providers' homes to guide and support quality learning environments
      - Collaborate with team members and other organizations to develop action plans for business planning and professional development
      - Assist with data entry and program reporting in accordance with funder requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bilingual and biliterate in Chinese/English
      - Minimum 2 years of experience working in the early childhood educational field
      - Knowledge of family child care business development and requirements
      - Experience providing training and professional development using adult learning principles
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Child Development, Social Services, or Business Administration
      - Familiarity with data entry and database management
      - Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with diverse groups
      - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
