      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide instructor-led training to healthcare providers and ancillary staff on proprietary software and client expectations
      - Develop and update training documentation and materials to reflect new software features and methodologies
      - Analyze data from quality compliance audits to create customized training plans for providers
      - Serve as a subject matter expert in needs assessments and contribute to the development of training curricula
      - Provide onsite and remote support for end users during new system deployments and application upgrades

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Emergency Medical Scribe or related role
      - Proven success in mentoring, coaching, and teaching others
      - Advanced verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in medical terminology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience navigating EMR systems
      - Vocational training in medical-related fields (e.g., LVN, LPN, EMT, MA, Military Medic)
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency with MS Office
      - Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks with high attention to detail
