      - Currently enrolled in a doctoral program in educational measurement, educational statistics, educational psychology, or similar
      - Completion of at least two years of doctoral-level coursework prior to summer 2024
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Not participating in other concurrent summer internship or externship programs
