- Lead and direct the provision of Integrated Substance Misuse PSI services within the HMP or Immigration Removal site whilst ensuring that the treatment approaches and interventions are appropriate, innovative and fully meet the needs of the service users, the organisation and commissioners.
- Provide and assist the SMS Service Manager in leading on the implementation and continuous development of Practice Plus Group Services within the Locality.
- Assist in the preparation of Practice Plus Group Business Plans for the management and development of prison service delivery
- Deliver To ensure that service aims, objectives and business plans are in place and that these are reflected in individual staffs appraisals and supervision.
- Develop and manage the Psychosocial Interventions Service within Practice Plus Group prison services.

- Good general standard of education to NVQ level 5 or equivalent experience of working within a secure setting and substance misuse.
- Experience of management and leadership
- Experience of complex report writing and data collection, analysis and presentation
- Experience of setting and managing budgets and of risk management.

HMP Winchester is a male remand prison with a capacity for 706 inmates.
Hours
Monday - Friday 0800 - 1600Salary
This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £42,000 per annum FTE - depending on experience.
