Hours: Weekdays 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM CST; Full coverage on weekends and holidays

We are expanding our team and seeking an experienced, professional, and compassionate After-Hours Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential new clients during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Position Summary: As our After-Hours Intake Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our client acquisition process. You will handle incoming inquiries, complete detailed intake forms, and assist potential clients through the initial consultation and sign-up process. This is a fully remote, part-time position ideal for a candidate who thrives working independently and has a strong background in personal injury client intake.

Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and website inquiries during scheduled hours.
• Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather all necessary information for case evaluation.
• Empathize with prospective clients and provide excellent customer service.
• Accurately enter information into case management systems.
• Assist in scheduling consultations or signing up clients directly where appropriate.
• Follow firm protocols for escalating urgent matters to attorneys or management.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience handling personal injury intakes in a law firm setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• High comfort level with technology, CRM systems (particularly Clio), and remote communication tools.
• Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
• Availability to work 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM weekdays, full weekends, and holidays.

Compensation:
• Pay based on the number of calls handled.
• Additional bonuses for successfully signed clients.
