What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make face-to-face presentations to community physicians in family practice, internal medicine, and pediatrics to drive patient referrals
- Achieve consistent KPI targets for weekly and monthly call activity
- Utilize Salesforce to manage and track provider interactions and sales leads
- Educate referring providers on services and therapies offered by the employer
- Collaborate with the marketing team and the Director of Provider Relations on ongoing initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to execute effective sales presentations to healthcare providers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Sales experience calling on physicians in hospital, clinical, or home health settings
- Knowledge of Salesforce software
