What youu2019ll do

The Sales Assistant will apply their customer service, solid sales skills and experience in a fast-paced, creative, and client focused environment. u00A0 The Sales Assistant is instrumental in helping our prospects realize their dream of home ownership. Itu2019s an exciting process to be involved in. u00A0 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Build rapport with prospects and help them with their home buying needs
• Assist Lead Sales Counselors by greeting customers, informing of the lifestyle of the community, providing administrative assistance , documenting traffic, and entering data into the CRM.
• Demonstrate a team focus, coordinate various administrative activities, and ensure customer expectations are properly met in the facilitation of all activities from contract signing to closing

What you bring

• Availability to work part time (25-30 hours per week) , which will include weekends and some holidays u00A0 u00A0
• u00A0
  • Typical weekly schedule will be Wednesday 11:30am to 6pm; Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 9:30am to 6pm
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong computer skills
• Experience working in DyanMX or another CRM
