      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deliver care as directed by the Physical Therapist and per physician orders in the plan of care
      - Provide therapeutic exercises, massage, traction, heat/cold therapy, electrical stimulation, and other non-complex modalities
      - Update supervising PT on patient status, especially before reassessment and discharge
      - Complete and sync documentation by midnight, per agency standards
      - Accept assignments consistent with training and competency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Physical Therapy Assistant, licensed per state requirements
      - 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant in Home Health preferred
      - Proof of current CPR certification
      - Good communication skills, assessment skills, and strong clinical documentation skills
      - Reliable transportation and valid auto liability insurance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Home Health settings
      - Additional certifications or specializations in therapy practices
      - Bilingual communication skills
      - Previous participation in quality assurance and performance improvement activities
      - Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
