What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule appointments with potential clients to discuss mortgage protection coverage
- Conduct research to customize financial solutions based on client needs
- Meet with clients to present options and assist with the application process
- Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting
- Engage in personal development and training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Entry-level candidates are accepted; skill set is not everything

- Passion for helping people is essential
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients
- Willingness to learn and implement training and sales systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Familiarity with financial products, including retirement accounts (401ks and IRAs)
- Strong networking skills and ability to generate leads
- Experience in a commission-based sales role
