      - Must possess a coachable, self-disciplined attitude with a growth mindset
      - Passion for helping people is essential
      - Ability to follow and implement training and sales systems effectively
      - Commitment to working hard and engaging with the lead system

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
      - Familiarity with financial products, such as retirement accounts, is a plus
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - A proactive approach to client engagement and follow-up
