What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate the application process through underwriting
- Engage in personal development and leadership training to enhance skills and career progression
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; skill set is not the primary focus
- Must possess a growth mindset and be coachable, self-disciplined, and challenge-seeking
- Passion for helping people is essential
- Ability to engage with clients both virtually and in-person
- Commitment to following training and implementing sales strategies effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Familiarity with financial products, such as retirement accounts, is beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
