What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Set appointments with potential clients to discuss mortgage protection coverage
- Conduct research to customize coverage options based on client financial needs
- Meet with families to present coverage options and assist with applications
- Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting
- Engage in ongoing personal development and growth activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior experience is not mandatory
- Must possess a growth mindset and passion for helping others
- Ability to be coachable and self-disciplined
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to dedicate time to setting appointments and meeting with clients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in sales or customer service roles
- Familiarity with financial products, such as 401(k)s and IRAs
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong networking skills to generate leads and referrals
