      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Set appointments with potential clients who have requested coverage, dedicating 6-8 hours per week
      - Conduct thorough research on client information to customize financial protection options, spending 4-5 hours per week
      - Meet with families to present coverage options and assist them in the application process, working two days per week
      - Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting, dedicating 2 hours per week
      - Engage with clients to understand their financial situations and provide tailored protection solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Entry-level candidates are accepted; skill set is not the only focus
      - Must be coachable, self-disciplined, and possess a growth mindset
      - Passion for people and helping others is essential
      - Ability to implement training and follow the sales system effectively
      - Willingness to engage with leads and understand client insurance needs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
      - Familiarity with financial products such as retirement accounts (e.g., 401ks and IRAs)
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
