      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Schedule appointments with potential clients who have requested coverage
      - Research client information to customize mortgage protection options
      - Meet with families, either virtually or in-person, to present coverage options and assist with applications
      - Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting
      - Engage in continuous personal development and training to enhance sales techniques

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Entry-level candidates are welcome; skill set is not the primary focus
      - Must possess a growth mindset, self-discipline, and a passion for helping others
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to follow and implement training and sales systems effectively
      - Availability to work flexible hours to meet client needs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial but not required
      - Familiarity with financial products, such as 401(k)s and IRAs
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
      - Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus
