- Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting
- Engage in personal development activities to enhance sales skills and client relations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Entry-level candidates are accepted; skill set is not the sole focus
- Must be coachable, self-disciplined, and possess a growth mindset
- Strong passion for helping people and providing financial protection
- Ability to effectively implement training and sales systems
- Willingness to engage with the lead system and work within chosen geographic areas
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Familiarity with financial products, such as retirement accounts and insurance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
