      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review clinical documentation to monitor, evaluate, and authorize healthcare services for compliance with state and federal obligations
      - Analyze and discuss data findings to identify specialized intervention strategies for member populations
      - Collaborate with healthcare providers to offer technical assistance, training, and consultation
      - Coordinate care with internal and external stakeholders and serve as a subject matter expert
      - Assist in developing policies and procedures for the delivery of covered behavioral health services

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Arizona
      - Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in healthcare
      - Knowledge of service authorization concepts and behavioral health service delivery systems
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to interpret complex rules and regulations and make independent decisions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Professional experience in Prior Authorization, Concurrent Review, Retrospective Review, and Utilization Management within the healthcare industry
