What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and conduct systematic reviews, evidence synthesis, and health technology assessment with minimal supervision
- Refine research questions, develop research protocols, screen articles, perform data abstraction, and write evidence summaries
- Keep Practice Area Lead updated on project progress and seek guidance when needed
- Revise final reports based on client feedback
- Shift priorities while contributing to or leading multiple projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of experience conducting systematic reviews
- Master's Degree or higher in social sciences, epidemiology, biology/chemistry, or related fields preferred
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Proficiency in technical/scientific writing and English grammar
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience working with federal government agencies related to public health
- Knowledge or experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare device safety topics
- Experience mentoring and teaching research assistants
- Experience using DistillerSR and EndNote
- Prior experience in a fast-paced consulting environment
