Job Description

- Laying out teacher materials using InDesign
- Applying edits to existing teacher and student materials using InDesign
- Modifying images and illustrations using Photoshop and Illustrator
- Checking for consistency by reviewing pages across multiple resources
- Fixing formatting and content issues as they're identified
- Creating and editing online slideshows in TCI's internal tools (training provided)
- Must be proficient using InDesign
- Must understand how to use master pages in InDesign
- Proficiency with Illustrator/Photoshop
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Ability to focus on a task and work to completion
- Experience with basic HTML a plus
- Ability to work 35-40/week

The Production Assistant will be responsible for creating, laying out, and updating teacher and student print materials, entering changes to TCI's online curriculum, and working extensively in InDesign styles to ensure that the product is consistent and helpful to teachers and students. The pay range for this position is between $24.00 to $30.00/hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related experience, skills, and location.
