What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Copyedit and proofread Tier 2 materials, crosswalk documents, and other Aperture materials
- Review all new print samples and communicate results to vendors
- Copyedit audio and video scripts and review media files
- Contribute to editorial style guides as needed
- Participate in online QA of completed forms in delivery platforms
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience, educational publishing experience preferred
- Experience editing Spanish-language materials
- Proficiency with Adobe suite tools
- Strong knowledge of Chicago Manual of Style and/or APA Publication Manual
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with digital publishing environments
- Experience in reviewing audio and video media
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize work effectively
