      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the primary support person for Inventory Supply Analysts, researching vendor product availability and investigating carrier status
      - Update supplier backorder and cancellation details while managing location (DC) mailboxes
      - Create Off Cycle Vendor POs and Interbranch POs for the Active At-Risk team
      - Follow up on issues sent to the Inventory Control team, escalating recurring supplier problems
      - Review Salesforce application cases daily to provide information for customer backorder reports

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 0-2 years of Inventory Supply experience or a relevant combination of education and experience
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively at various organizational levels
      - Proficiency with Excel and other MS Office applications, including data visualization tools (Power BI)
      - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
      - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, constantly changing team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
      - Demonstrated experience dealing with large, demanding customers with complex distribution networks
      - Proven ability to develop relationships with both internal and external customers
      - Strong multi-tasking skills and results orientation
      - Ability to think strategically while executing day-to-day operations
