      Purchasing Business Support Intern

      Objective

      Support needed with the activities related to the deployment and implementation of Purchasing sustainability strategy and for global Purchasing process and policies enhancement based on sustainability strategy. This in order to support 2021 strategic initiative of sustainable growth as well as increasing requirements from clients.

      Main Responsibilities

      • Support the management of Supplier CSR assessment plan 2021 roll out (supplier evaluations, analysis for suppliers selection, follow up results and reports).
      • Support the administration and data management to complete sustainability questionnaires, support in activities related to CO2 footprint reduction commitment, support management of Global Business Code for Suppliers´ compliance and with activities related to the coordination of sustainability round tables.
      • Support the design and implementation process of the sustainable purchasing newsletter. Target is to inform purchasing community challenges and progress regarding purchasing sustainability and overall strategy.
      • Support global purchasing process and policies update and enhancement based on sustainability strategy; support with the management of activities to assure compliance

      Position Requirements

      • Career: IIS, IMA, IQA, LAF (5th or 8th semester)
      • Desired experience in administration, sustainability
      • Software: MS Excel and Power Point
      • Software: Excel, Power Point, Word
      • Behavioral Skills: Discipline, Ethical, Leadership, Proactivity
      • English advance required
