What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review requisitions for accuracy and compliance before final approval by the Procurement Director
- Ensure timely approval of requisitions and compliance with federal and state regulations
- Manage vendor information and maintain accurate records in the procurement system
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the timely delivery of materials and resolve discrepancies
- Assist the Procurement Director with general procurement tasks and maintain organized records

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of basic accounting procedures, purchasing, and invoicing supplies
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and rapidly with numbers
- Proficiency in using personal computers and software for reporting and documentation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Clerical experience in accounting, preferably in education or the public sector
- Bilingual in Spanish or another language
