- Manages and procures materials, supplies, equipment, furniture and services for 1st Source Corporation.
- Supervises furniture projects, the record retention process, the mailroom and its processes and the maintenance of the forms management system including inventory updating, warehousing and distribution.
- Provides budget recommendations to senior management regarding the purchase of supplies, furniture, office equipment and forms.
- Evaluates accumulated spending information and provide recommendations to management when appropriate.
- Responsible for the supervision of assigned staff and exercises the usual authority of a manager concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, salary recommendations, and terminations.

- Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position.
- Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position.
- Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements.
- Manages and updates furniture inventory as needed.
- Maintain artwork inventory for the Bank which includes inventory, storage, and distribution.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Five (5) to eight (8) years purchasing experience preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Good PC skills--proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel essential.
- Ability to be proactive, take initiative, and carefully monitor, follow through, and complete every project/responsibility.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
