Job Description

- Review and analyze Program reports
- Work with Buyers and Program Account Managers on appropriate inventory levels for skus
- Follow individual program and department guidelines to initiate appropriate action for PO placement, follow up, inventory adjustments, and reporting
- Check ship dates on in-bound inventory replenishment orders and work with all stake holders until receipt
- Post shipments and receiving
- Update notes for items in Fourgen ERP
- Create, proof and submit purchase orders daily
- Review and approve artwork proofs
- Monitor purchase orders with in-hands dates to ensure on-time delivery and proactively address any risks or delays
- Populate and submit item adjustment and freight forms
- Other duties as assigned

Reporting into Program Operations Supervisor, the Purchasing Specialist maintains appropriate inventory accuracy and levels for assigned Program clients in accordance with Program guidelines. This position's primary focus areas include: monitoring inventory deliverables; confirming merchandise is shipping promptly; and collaborating with Program Account Management and Customer Service teams to ensure clients’ continued satisfaction and success with HALO products/services.
