What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead client relationship management and business development, building a portfolio worth up to $50 million
- Ensure client delivery assurance by collaborating with delivery team members to fulfill commitments
- Develop and maintain account plans, including necessary relationships and pricing decisions
- Manage the opportunity management cycle: Prospect, Evaluate, Propose, Close
- Interact and build relationships with CXO level client contacts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education
- 14+ years of validated experience with strong sales, relationship management, and account management capabilities
- 5+ years of experience selling SAP solutions in a client-facing role
- Significant business development or project management experience required
- Proven track record of interacting with and building relationships with CXO level client contacts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of SAP and ERP experience, particularly in selling implementation, upgrade, rollout, and support services
- Experience in cold calling and relationship-building within the SAP ecosystem
- Demonstrated success in pursuing new business development tasks through various channels
- Knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market solutions, especially with SAP S/4Hana or other ERP solutions
- Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
