What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Interface with key stakeholders to lead overall solution design and gather requirements
- Conduct conference room pilot sessions and coordinate system integration testing
- Guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and contribute to proposal development
- Conduct trainings and user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation
- Manage end-to-end data migration processes using QAD tools

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
- 7 years of Information Technology experience
- 5+ years of QAD Enterprise Edition experience with at least two end-to-end implementation and rollout projects
- Experience implementing two or more projects on QAD Enterprise Finance and Adaptive ERP
- Proficiency in financial modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Hi-Tech Manufacturing or Consumer Product Groups industry domain based on QAD ERP solutions
- Familiarity with QAD Cloud and certification in QAD Easy Onboarding processes
- Good technical knowledge of Progress 4GL and experience in Agile/waterfall methodologies
- Strong analytical and communication skills, along with planning and coordination abilities
- Experience in leading sprint teams and building strong business partner interactions
