What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write and execute tests for critical use cases across back-end and front-end systems
- Evaluate and document test plans, identifying opportunities for testing improvements
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Create and maintain manual and in-house software utilities
- Own the quality role from all perspectives, advocating for customer experience and operational support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-6 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in writing test cases and executing tests manually
- Familiarity with maintaining a test case repository
- Knowledge of SQE processes, documentation, Agile development methodology, and testing
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and testing tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with the Shape Up SDLC Process
- Familiarity with Notion or other Wiki/Intranet/Knowledge Base tools
- Test automation experience
