What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct 15 independent audits (IAs) per year
- Review reports written by BCBAs for compliance with ABA standards and insurance requirements
- Evaluate client performance using data, graphs, and assessment reports
- Provide training, support, and guidance for BCBAs
- Assist with tech support related to Central Reach
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the BACB or sitting for the BCBA exam within one month
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) if applicable
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges using ABA
- Experience with insurance-funded cases
- Background in clinical quality assurance work
- Highly tech-savvy with the ability to work collaboratively
