      Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants should be located at one of our hubs listed above and must be willing to work this schedule.

      Role Type: Full time

      Salary: $75,000 – 85,000 per year + annual bonus

      Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, licensure, experience, and education.

      Summary:

      We are seeking a detailed-oriented and technically skilled IT Quality Assurance Analyst to support testing and validation of software solutions critical to our account opening operations. The role will be responsible for designing test plans, executing test cases, documenting results. You will work closely with developers and product owners to deliver stable high-quality technology solutions.

      Responsibilities:

      • Work closely with developers, providing feedback on what needs improvement to produce top-quality software to meet customer expectations

      • Document, execute and evaluate test results

      • Review test procedures and develop test scripts

      • Partner with QA Developer to develop effective test plans

      • Test management software experience

      • Track Testing Metrics

      • Follows Agile Methodologies and Kanban/SCRUM processes

      • Experience in project management and QA approaches

      • Great written and verbal communication to QA development peers and to technical leadership

      • Critical thinking

      • Follows Enterprise guidelines and standards

      • Other duties as assigned

      Education Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred, H.S. Diploma or GED certificate + Significant Practical Experience will be considered

      Basic Requirements:

      • Proven experience with the principles of systems administration

      • Ability to work on a regular and predictable basis

      • Ability to communicate with customers, co-workers and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner

      • Ability to work in a team environment

      • Ability to analyze problems and identify alternative solutions

      • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision

      • Ability to organize, prioritize and handle multiple tasks

      • Ability to pay close attention to detail

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple projects and team members

      Preferred Requirements:

      • Experience in financial services

      • Familiar with tools like Azure DevOps, Excel, SQL and Power BI

      • Experience testing web apps, APIs and downsteam systems
