      We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven QA Analyst with strong manual testing experience and intermediate SQL skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive manual testing, backend data validation.
      While automation experience is a plus, this role will focus primarily on manual testing for at least the first year.

      Key Responsibilities:
      Design, develop, and execute detailed manual test cases based on business and technical requirements.
      Write and execute SQL queries (including Inner Joins, Outer Joins) to validate data and support backend testing.
      Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
      Identify, document, and track bugs using standard bug tracking tools.
      Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
      Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining clear and proactive communication with the team.

      Required Skills:
      BA Skills: Experience working on Data/ETL projects with some exposure to data modeling.
      Manual Testing: Strong experience in manual testing methodologies and practices.
      SQL: Intermediate proficiency in writing and understanding SQL queries, especially joins (Inner Join, Outer Join).
      Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

      Nice to Have:
      Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JUnit) not required for the first year.
      Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
      Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA, ADO or Bugzilla.
