Skills Required:
• Should have IT experience in Leading team, Projects, or Program execution from testing perspective,
• Should have good knowledge in Banking and Finance domain Customer information services
• Should be able to work in both waterfall and Agile models
• Good QA/QC experience
• Ability to Plan & Execute QA activities/tasks with team with relevant prioritization & smooth coordination.
• Strong Analytical capabilities, precise, accurate and have a thorough attention to details
• Ability to work in offshore-onsite model
• Ability to coordinate with different teams (Offshore/Dev./Deployment and Business)
• Must have technical skills: Webservice Testing (ParaSoft SOA), API, DB, Batch testing
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Able to lead the projects deliverables from starting to end. Requirement gathering, Test case, Test Plan, Strategy, Defect triage etc.
• Able to execute the test scenario in Webservice, DB SQL queries, Batch, ETL, Run regression, able to reproduce defect and re-test.
