Description
We are looking for a QA Engineer with experience in Salesforce and Provar to work alongside other QA team members for an external client.
Please note: This position is only available for professionals located in Chile, Colombia, Brazil, or Mexico.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Test Design & Test PlanningStrong understanding of various testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, security)
Ability to create test plans, design robust test cases, and organize test suites
Salesforce & Provar TestingHands-on experience testing Salesforce applications
Proficiency with Provar for test automation within Salesforce environments
API Testing & IntegrationExperience working with RESTful APIs and tools like Postman or REST Assured
Ability to automate API tests and understand service interactions
Version Control SystemsProficiency with Git (branching, merging, pull requests)
Familiarity with best practices for collaboration and code review in a team environment
Debugging & TroubleshootingAbility to trace errors, analyze logs, and review stack traces
Experience using debugging tools and techniques to identify root causes of failures
Agile & DevOps MindsetComfortable working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Familiarity with DevOps practices focused on frequent releases and rapid feedback
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Salesforce & Provar: Experience testing Salesforce applications using Provar. Ability to design and maintain effective automated test cases for Salesforce workflows (mandatory).
Test Automation & Scripting: Ability to create clean, maintainable automation scripts using Provar and optionally Java or JavaScript.
Automation Tools: Familiarity with Provar and tools like Selenium or Cypress. Experience managing automated test suites.
CI/CD: Knowledge of integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Version Control: Proficiency with Git for version control (branching, merging, pull requests).
Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate across development and QA teams.About the company
